Russell Simmons: "I Cant Believe Im Suing Def Jam"

It seems like Def Jam co-founder is set to sue the company that he helped built.

Earlier today, Russell Simmons sent a “tweet” on social networking site Twitter claiming that he was going to be suing Def Jam Records.

Russell writes: “Can’t believe I’m suing defjam … They are now trying to eat my lunch

? unbelieveable bullies”.

Russell soon realised he made a

mistake broadcasting potential legal affairs to twitter-universe, so he retracted his statement by saying,

“Oops my lawyers are pissed. I wasn’t supposed to tweet dat”

Now the tweet has been deleted. Nevertheless, it seems like Russell will be taking some sort of action until Def Jam give him what he wants.

One thing’s for sure, you got to love twitter.
